Please read the following information carefully. There are different instructions for faculty/staff and students.
Students: You can update or withhold your directory information by contacting the Registrar's Office at 341-4181 or by going on-line to Joe Miner's Self Service (Joe'SS).
Staff/Faculty: You can change your directory information by going to the following URL: https://myhr.umsystem.edu/psp/prd/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/h/?tab=DEFAULT&cmd=login&errorCode=106&languageCd=ENG.
Non Students/Staff/Faculty: Fill out the Personal Data Form updating only incorrect information. Then campus mail the printed copy to Human Resources, 113 Centennial Hall.
