Biography

I am a historian of science who focuses on women in the sciences in the 19th and early 20th centuries. I focus specifically on American and British Egyptology. My work includes scientific biography and correspondence, through which I ask questions about spaces in which knowledge is created by people in a particular social, political, and cultural context.
