Dr. Northcut joined the faculty in the Department of English & Technical Communication in 2004, and has served as Director and Co-Director of Technical Communication Programs (BS and MS). She has contributed to the undergraduate (BS) and graduate (MS) programs, provided GTA instruction and supervision, and served as the university Institutional Review Board chair (irb.mst.edu) from 2016-2020. She achieved CIP certification through PRiMR in 2018.
