Research in Mochalin group is focused on fundamental physics and chemistry of materials on the nanoscale. Our researchers, with backgrounds ranging from chemistry, physics, and materials science, are working together in developing and understanding of novel materials for extreme environments, composites, energy, and biomedicine using experimental and theoretical modeling methods.
